There are a lot of people who have given up when that've hit the first obstacle in their goal or their career. Imagine if Bill Gates gave up, Steve Jobs? A lot more, but in this movie titled "Seito ga Jinsei wo Yarinaoseu Gakko" specifically in this scene, we see teachers trying to give up because they have been aggressively attacked by students, but this is a group of students that would change their attitude once given the chance to be shown compassion and humanity.
